- Took over 50+ business reports from a legacy BI platform and broke down the SQL logic behind each one to understand how every report is calculated.
- Rewrote the SQL for the new analytical database dialect and checked results against the legacy reports, reporting any discrepancies to the data-migration team, which handled the data transfer.
- Worked out which reports could share the same data, then designed and built consolidated data marts for them.
- Rebuilt all 50+ reports as dashboards with the required filters, with the numbers reconciling against the legacy system.

- Rewrote a slow financial report query for a client by fixing JOIN bottlenecks and adding window functions and indexes, which cut execution time from 2 minutes to 3 seconds and eliminated failures at peak load.
- Replaced manual weekly report assembly for a major client (Excel files and 1C exports, 3–4 hours each week, about 16 hours per month) by loading 1C and file data into ClickHouse, building a shared data mart and SQL metrics, and publishing a dashboard that recalculates by filter in 10–15 seconds.
- A purchase-forecasting dashboard with parameters and seasonality, built for a flower retail chain, cut planning time from 1 day to 30 minutes and removed manual consolidation errors.
- Reworked a live HR dashboard for a large international electronics retail chain without disrupting its use, gathering requirements, reconciling metric calculations with the client’s internal figures in regular calls, and adding year-over-year comparisons and category filters. The dashboard made turnover trends visible and supported retention of key employees (hiring savings of about 8% of the annual HR budget). Also closed a project iteration that had stalled before joining.

- Redesigned the company’s sales demo dashboard in DataLens used for client acquisition, which increased leads by 15%.
